License Agreement

This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of software, code, projects, and related materials ("Software") provided by Spyber Polymath ("Licensor"). By accessing, downloading, or using any Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Grant of License

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Licensor operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Modifications
